Let's rewind to why I started. After yet another failed diet (you know, the kind where you eat nothing but soup for a week and then binge on an entire box of cookies), I was desperate for something sustainable. Just a regular dude who could suddenly fit into his college jeans again.

These days, I still follow the 16/8 pattern most days, but loosely. Sometimes my window is 7 hours, sometimes it's 9. The world doesn't end. The key was finding my own rhythm in all of this, not following someone else's rigid rules.
